It was a pleasure to meet fellow Maine blogger and talented photographer Erin Little of Bluebirdbaby. She and her partner Mark (an amazing artist), and her daughter threw a house warming party in their new home; a delightful, renovated historical church that they have clearly put much time, energy, creativity, and love into. Mark gave folks the tour of their studio. He even shared a photograph of himself on a motorcycle — he was a professional road racer at one time. 
Upbeat, mellifluous fiddle music filled the air and invited us to dance together. Swinging our partners, promenading, and sashaying.

Look at these raised beds — the veg are thriving! We were let in on why — horse manure. I’ll have to remember that one.
